1.1 These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Platform, which provides the Services, including verifying user identities and enabling electronic signing of documents.

2.1 These Terms of Service govern your access to, and use of the Platform operated by Chekbox Tech Pty Ltd.

2.2 By creating an account, accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2.3 If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must not use the Platform.

3.1 We may amend these Terms from time to time. For any change that materially reduces your rights or increases your obligations, we will give at least 30 days' prior notice by email to the Account Owner and by posting the updated Terms on the Website. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may terminate your subscription before the effective date, in which case the existing Terms will continue to apply until termination takes effect under clause 10.1. Minor changes that do not materially reduce your rights may take effect immediately on posting. We may change Fees on at least 30 days' prior notice. Fee changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You may terminate before the change takes effect.

3.2 If you continue to use the Platform after the effective date of any change notified under clause 3.1, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate your use of the Platform before the effective date, in which case the existing Terms will continue to apply until termination takes effect.

4.1 ChekBox Services

The Platform is designed for business users and offers the following Services:

• (a) Document Management Services: Secure digital storage, management and controlled sharing of documents;
• (b) Electronic Signing: Enabling execution of documents using legally recognised electronic signatures;
• (c) Verification of Identification (VOI): Validate the identity of signatories;
• (d) Blockchain Integration: Use of blockchain technology to provide audit trails, timestamps and record integrity; and
• (e) Payment Services: Payment processing and reconciliation.

4.2 Third-Party Services

• (a) The Platform may integrate with third-party providers to perform part or all of the Services.
• (b) We do not guarantee the performance or availability of third-party providers, and we are not liable for any issues arising from their use.
• (c) We are not responsible for, and you agree to release us of liability, for the acts, omissions, or performance of such providers.
